Madagascar became a fragile country

The announcement is official. According to the World Bank, Madagascar is now one of fragile states. This effectively means that not only all the indicators are in the red, but it will take time and a lot of ways to get by. The fact that Madagascar may miss another financing given this rating is not negligible.

LHM Volunteers

“He who calls you will do it, because he is faithful (IThessalonians 5:24)

As the Goal of LHM is to proclaim the Gospel all over the country, we engage volunteers in all programs: Bible Correspondences Course, Booklets, Film Showing, Radio program, Youth Program, Outreach program and Internet. The volunteers are encouraged and motivate to invite Christian or non-Christian to grow in faith.

R. Rado is one of BCC graduated student who became a BCC volunteer for his church. On May 2012, he is accepted to the faculty of theology, what a joy. But, for the BCC and the film showing in his church continuous, Jean Yves a very active young Christian takes the over. He is actually the LHM volunteer in his church (Ankadiaivo Miaramino Reformed Church).

Youth Offenders Center

Changing children’s lives

We’ve started ministering with two Young Offenders Center partners (Akany Fifampandrosoana Ambodin’Isotry, Akany Avoko Ambohidratrimo) since February 2009. We perform movies showing every month, out of the “This is life” series and conducted debate on a specific biblical theme. The activity is well appreciated by the youth. It helps them grow spiritually, in knowing the Word of God and how to behave.

Church visitation

“But continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.” (II Peter 3: 8a)

Churches visitation during Sunday service is a very important time to make known the LHM activities. Well, this is an opportunity to convince Christians to enroll for BCC, to read the Christian Literature, tracts or use LHM films to convey the message of the Bible.
