“The 5 Hives” high school

Watching movie together for closing the school year 2013/2014.

It is worth mentioning that the partnership between the college The Five Hives and LHM is started this school year 2013/2014. This partnership is due to the request of the Director and Mrs. Pauline the person in charge of the religious section in this college and at the same time LHM volunteer. As a result, all classes followed the BCC because: “Happy is the man who becomes wise, who gains understanding” (Proverbs 3:13). To close the school year 2013/2014, on Friday July 24, 2014 we projected the film “HIDDEN ISLAND” for the students. The aim was that before leaving the school, we would like to convey the message of the Bible concerning the fruit of jealousy. Everyone has received the message; we hope they will share it to their family and friends during the holidays.

BCC graduated students

“Your word is a lamp to guide me and a light for my path” (Psalms 119:105)

The awarding certificates to the BCC graduated students during Sunday service is on the best way to motivate and to convince the whole congregation to enroll for BCC. It is also, the best moment to encourage the BCC graduated students to share and to make known for those who are thirsty the spring of water Jesus gives to anyone without paying. Thank the Lord, on July 13, 2014, during Sunday service in Ambohimiadana Fanilo Reformed Church, 26 Second Year BCC graduated were awarded certificates. Rev Hanitra Rivosoa.R, the Pastor in charge of the Parish; Raymond Randrianarisoa the LHM volunteer and a graduate student representative gave thanks to LHM, they were very grateful for the contribution of the LHM to the proclamation of the Gospel to the congregation by the media especially the BCC. As usual, the LHM Staff addressed to the congregation and encourage them to study the Bible which is “The word of life”.

Tenth year of partnership between the Pastor and the Church; continuation of partnership with LHM.

“For we are partners working together for God, and you are God’s field. You are also God’s building” (ICorinthians 3:9)

Worship prayer to thank and glorify God was marked the tenth year of partnership between the Rev.ANDRIANAIVOMAHENINTSOA NATANAELA.H, his family and the Reformed Church Ambohijoky Fihavanana. The ceremony was held on Thursday, July 3, 2014 with the South Synod Reformed Church and on Sunday, July 9 with the parishioners and the Christian diaspora. The LHM was invited to attend the ceremony as a partner of the Ambohijoky Reformed Church through BCC and Film Showing. The worship service organized with the South Synod was led by President of the Synod and all the Pastors in charge for Parishes in this Synod were present. The Staff and two LHM volunteers attended this first service too. Thank the Lord that it was a good opportunity for the representative of LHM to meet all Church partners in this Synod, to make remember and renew the partnership with them. Especially, for the Church Ambohijoky Fihavanana Reformed Church, the Pastor was very happy for the works of LHM and he promised to strengthen our partnership.

Youth Program

The Evangelization in the University has been extended.

As we have already mentioned before, the LHM partnership with the High Institute of Paramedical training (ISPPS) has started for this new Fiscal Year 2014/2015. So, on July 2, 2014, the Staffs LHM were invited to raise awareness the students in their first and third year at ISPPS about BCC and the Christian Literatures. Although Bible study is something new for students, we are very happy because there are those who are really interested to study the Bible. They hope to grow in faith and to have Jesus as their only teacher for their studies. It should be mentioned that the Christian literatures are given freely for ISPPS to complete their library. We wish that the students can get advices for dealing with the problems of everyday life and to learn more about God’s Word from these booklets. We would like to thank Mr Gérard RAMANAHIRANA the Chairmain of having prioritized the Bible study in his Institute.
