ETS Workshop Training

Extending the partnership to Northern Reformed Church Synod.

The second ETS for the new FY 2014/2015 was carried out on February 5-6, 2015 at Hanitra Center, Antananarivo. As our goal is to extend the ETS Workshop to another Synod, then a new partnership with the Northern Reformed Church was well established after the meeting with the President of this Synod and the committee members. 27 participants from four congregations (two from Northern Synod and two from Southern Synod) attended the ETS training. The four Pastors: Rev. Botofanjely Samuël and Rev. Ranaivoniarivo Tiana Alisoa (Northern Synod);
Rev. Randrianarimanana Tsimbaharison and Rev. Raharinoro Ny Hasina (Southern Synod) had actively participated in the implementation of the workshop and presenting two modules. All participants and Pastors are convinced that the evangelists have always to learn for the success of the evangelization. As usual, the closing of the training was ended with a certificate award ceremony.

Martin Luther Private High School

The young Spiritual education is fundamental.

As mentioned before, during our meeting with the Headmaster Mss. Louisette, LHM staff visited the Martin Luther Private High School on January 30, 2015. Information and awareness about BCC, Film showing and LHM Christian Literature were addressed to all students and teachers during their plenary meeting. The Headmaster during his speech pointed out that as everyone is member of the family of God, the young spiritual education is fundamental. So she gave a big thanks to LHM partnership. An LHM Volunteer is designated to be responsible of BCC as 100 students are already wanted to enroll to BCC.

The awarding certificates took place on Sunday 18 January 2015 during the service and the LHM Staff was given the opportunity to encourage and to motivate again the parishioners to study the Word of God which is True life. It should be remembered that this is the second time we organized a graduation ceremony in the church.

Volunteers meeting

As usual, a meeting with LHM BCC Volunteers, in Antananarivo and surroundings, for the New Year Greetings was organized on January 31, 2015. The meeting started with worship session and Rev Simon Randriamanantena preached the devotion. 59 Volunteers attended this meeting with the presence of the 17 students from LHM Club of Nanisana High School by singing gospel and playing theater. It was a good opportunity to talk about how to extend and improve cooperation, especially on BCC; to encourage them to make known the Radio program to others and to participate in the radio program; to exchange experiences between volunteers on what went well or wrong during 2014. The meeting was ending by witness of three volunteers.
